- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving schedules
- Generate operational reports and data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven team leadership
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Expertise in inventory control methods and cycle counting procedures
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
