Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory management systems
- Analyze operational metrics to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory teams for seamless workflow integration
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with proven team leadership
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
