Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Prepare reports on KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends if needed
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
