Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse management with 2+ years supervisory experience
- OSHA and OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
