Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Follow HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (commercial license preferred)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory record-keeping skills
