Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance to meet productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and inventory control procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and computer literacy
