Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution centers
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
