Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with transportation teams
- Implement lean warehouse practices to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and WMS systems
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
