Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve OSHA compliance
- Conduct inventory audits and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Coordinate with logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
