Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to established procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization documents
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
