Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team to maintain efficient transportation schedules
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in a fast-paced distribution center
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop high-performing teams
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
