Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping
- Train and manage team of 10+ warehouse associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Implement lean principles to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for senior management
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
