Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize accuracy and efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a hazard-free workplace
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless workflow
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular audits and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associate degree in supply chain or logistics preferred
