- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize throughput
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for team development
- Analyze productivity metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends/holidays
