Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 15-20 warehouse associates through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and inventory control procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory management
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines
- Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods
