Your Role
You will be responsible for the overall operation of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. You will lead a team of dedicated associates, drive operational excellence, and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all inventory levels are accurate and that stock is rotated correctly to prevent spoilage or waste.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain managers to meet shipping deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections to prevent accidents and downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Forklift certification and previous experience operating heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.
