Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, sorting materials and products for efficient storage.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and pack them for shipment using provided equipment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock counts and organize warehouse aisles to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards before leaving the dock.
- General Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math Skills: Must be comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing packages.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid form of government-issued identification for onboarding.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization in a fast-paced setting.
