Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train 10-15 team members to ensure peak productivity and safety compliance
- Implement lean inventory management practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Forklift certification required
