Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members through performance coaching and training
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation and production teams for seamless workflow
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
