Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and RF scanners
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in logistics/fulfillment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Experience with lean methodologies and process optimization
- Forklift certification and basic mechanical aptitude
