- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading of trucks
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (provided during training if not current)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
