Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards
- Optimize inventory control and accuracy systems
- Manage equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
- Generate performance reports and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to complete paid 8-week training program
- Strong leadership and communication skills
