Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and mentor 10+ team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement lean inventory management systems to minimize waste
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and throughput
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory forecasting and logistics planning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
