Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety procedures and efficiency standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4-6 weeks)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification during training
