Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, stocking, and cycle counting processes
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Support physical inventory audits and documentation of warehouse activities
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
