Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day processing
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle countsOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Complete daily shift reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
