Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily manifests
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend production targets
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
