Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to the 455 Tech Park Drive location
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
