Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Prioritize order accuracy for weekend fulfillment and shipping deadlines
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend logistics workflows
- Support inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company training)
- Excellent teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6 AM - 4 PM)
