Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff and daily operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train new associates on equipment and procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency and productivity metrics
- Process payroll and attendance records for weekend team
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
