Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within established timeframes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety guidelines
- Utilize handheld scanners for order processing and data entry
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to Walden Ave facility
