Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and accurate record-keeping
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Participate in physical inventory audits and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional overtime
- Forklift certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
