Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan products for order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Ensure quality control and proper packaging of all items
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-12 hours)
