Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move, stack, and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work environment through proper cleanup protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
