Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing lists
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Inspect and prepare returned merchandise for processing
- Keep work areas clean and equipment properly maintained
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
