Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Load/unload trucks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomics
- Meet daily productivity targets in fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability (including nights/weekends)
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
