Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders for timely shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Sort and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and moving pallets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
