Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety standards and participate in daily safety briefings
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience beneficial
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid state driver's license may be required for equipment operation
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak seasons
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
