Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Sort, scan, and pack orders with precision
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (scanner operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility with shift schedules (including nights/weekends)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass background check and drug screen
