Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Manage inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Unload inbound shipments and verify order accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
