Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled warehouses
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation for QA compliance
- Train on new warehouse automation technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Proficient in using handheld scanners and digital reporting tools
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
