Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for daily shipments
- Maintain clean, organized workstations following OSHA standards
- Participate in cross-functional team projects during peak seasons
- Complete daily safety inspections and incident reports
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong teamwork ethic and problem-solving skills
