Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision and attention to documentation accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per 5S methodology standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training within first week)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with handheld scanners and basic warehouse software
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability for morning/night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
