Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Document transactions using WMS systems and digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for equipment operation)
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficient with mobile technology and quick learner of new systems
