Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and unload incoming shipments with accuracy verification
- Pick, pack, and label orders according to customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Maintain organized inventory storage and cycle count documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Assist in shipping/receiving dock operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check
