Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) to move and organize inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using provided handheld scanning devices
- Safely pack and ship customer orders with provided packaging tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling provided personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication devices
- Operate automated sorting systems with provided training and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts with provided supportive footwear
- Basic computer literacy for operating provided scanning systems
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment support
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening (equipment provided for testing)
