Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Verify and document incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package orders for distribution using our modern WMS.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong attendance record.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Training: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
