Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe by adhering to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents against bills of lading.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
