Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Load/unload trucks with proper material handling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in order fulfillment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
