Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort inbound shipments while verifying inventory counts against manifests
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety certifications
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse)
